sunday august 23rd - day 27 

monday august 24th -  day 28

     ran .5 miles. stretched/pilates for 45 min

wednesday august 26th - day 30

thursday august 27th - day 31
    4 miles on fremont ave. about 45-50minutes? didnt really kept track.

soo not in the mode.. and mood..
pretty much did nothing for 2 weeks. i was doing soo well too!!
 blahhhhhhhhhhh

need to get back in track. so hard

def have right knee problems. left not so bad =( so sad

saturday - august 22 - day 26
ran 8 miles - in 2 hours. los gatos trail
technically 1 hour 36 min ? (12 min mile) lots of walks and rests with jo.
a good run for not running for the other 5 days.
ended up rolling right ankle a bit on sunday - didnt note. and tightened up my muscles.
should have stretched more.
long week.

back in the  mode.

go day 27..  WOOT!!

sunday - august 16th - day 20
 ran 3 miles to cousins house. then 3 miles back. outside, locally, on pavement.
interesting experience. never done.
hate the smell of car exhaust. cant breathe.
took a good hour. with 5-8 min rest there, and a long 2 min traffic stop light. i think im running about 10 min per mile still. content with that


i think i need knee bands around both legs. getting inflammation on bottom of knees and a little side. not good.

stupid jr high/hs injuries.. they come back.

friday - august 14th - day 18 - run 3 miles (5.0, 2 min. 5.5-6.0 - 30 min with 0.0 and 1.0 incline every 2 minutes)
stretch. 20 min jog outside with brandon

saturday - august 15 - day 19 - los gatos (campbell park) trail. 1 hour 45 min, with alice. run first 2 miles, fast walk rest of the way and run last 1.5 miles? dunno how long we ran for..

funny, while running back alice got a small bug in her eye.. poor girl, then a minute later i look down and i saw several bugs splatted on my shirt. gross.

failed 8 miles.. running outside with hills is hard..

next time, def bring your ipod with house musiq. helps.

wednesday - august 12th - day 16 - nothing
thursday - august 13th - day 17 - .25mi warm up. 8 X (400meters, with .25 walk) and .5 light jog. .25 walk
4 X (25 crunches/situps, 25 bicycles, 5 man pushes )
at de anza track.

keeping up with the program is hard.
working out 6 days a week is hard.
im only used to working out 3-4 days a  week. hopefully i can get 5 days a week, then ill be good.
